Except in cases of emergency, we see patients by appointment. This allows us to reserve ample time for consultation and discussion.
We are avaialble for 24-hour emergency coverage. After hours you can reach our office by calling 203-840-1991 and you will be referred to an emergency number to reach the doctor on call.
FEES AND INSURANCE
We are concerned with providing the highest quality, affordable vision care. To reduce the high cost of billing, we request payment on the day of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Master Card and Visa.
Insurance forms will be promptly provided after your visit for you to submit directly for reimbursement.
We are Medicare participating physicians.
